Gregor Bühler advises in the field of trademark, copyright, unfair competition, advertising, data protection and internet law, and represents clients in disputes relating to these and other areas of commercial law. He represents clients in arbitration proceedings and is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in IP / IT related and other commercial controversies. Gregor Bühler is in the Advisory Board of the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Committee of the IBA. He is a member of AIPPI, ASA (Swiss Arbitration Association), INGRES (Institut für gewerblichen Rechtsschutz), SF Schweizer Forum für Kommunikationsrecht and LES. Gregor Bühler regularly publishes and lectures in his areas of expertise. He is co-editor of Stämpfli Handkommentar, a commentary on Swiss trademark law.
