Felix Dasser is a senior member and former head of the Litigation / Arbitration practice. His practice focuses on the litigation and arbitration of international commercial and investment disputes, as well as white collar crime, regulatory compliance and investigations.

He has acted as counsel and arbitrator (sole arbitrator, co-arbitrator, and chairman) in more than 60 international commercial arbitration cases, including as global lead counsel in a billion-dollar IT-dispute and lead counsel in an investment dispute against a Central European State. He is familiar with various arbitration rules and is President of ASA, the Swiss Arbitration Association. He also advises Swiss companies on international litigation strategies and on the impact of foreign regulatory proceedings and represents Swiss and foreign companies before Swiss courts and authorities. His range of expertise covers, in particular, banking and insurance, M&A, commodity sales, distribution agreements, IT, engineering, investment and international legal assistance. He also advises on and conducts regulatory and compliance investigations, and represents companies in white-collar crime proceedings. Prof. Felix Dasser lectures and publishes regularly in the fields of international commercial dispute resolution and international business law. He is visiting professor at the China University of Political Science and Law and taught at the Hague Academy of International Law. He also appears as expert witness on Swiss law in domestic and foreign court proceedings. He is recommended by the major league tables for law (Chambers, The Legal 500, Who’s Who Legal, and others) and has been selected for the Legal 500 Hall of Fame..
