Homburger advises Temenos on the sale of Multifonds to Montagu Private Equity

On February 6, 2025, Temenos announced that it has reached an agreement with Montagu Private Equity for the sale of Multifonds, its fund administration software business, for a total Enterprise Value of around USD 400 m including an earn-out. Multifonds is a leading global provider of fund administration software, serving all asset classes across multiple jurisdictions and helping fund administrators, asset managers, insurance companies and pension funds achieve increased operational efficiency, whilst reducing risk.

The Homburger team is led by Dieter Gericke and Daniel Häusermann (both Corporate / M&A) and included Nicola Togni, Romain Hondius, Thomas Romelli, Luca Ellenberger and Miriam Oelgarth (all Corporate / M&A), Gregor Bühler, Philippe Baumann and Kristina Martinovic (all IP / IT, Technology and Digital Economy), Stefan Oesterhelt, Laetitia Fracheboud and Juliette Buob (all Tax) as well as Richard Stäuber and Christoph Grüninger (both Competition, Regulatory).
