Julian Schwaller

Julian Schwaller is a counsel in our dispute resolution team. He represents clients before state courts and international arbitral tribunals in a wide range of commercial disputes. He has a strong focus on patent litigation as well as insolvency and enforcement proceedings, including the enforcement of foreign judgments and awards, attachment proceedings, asset recovery and international judicial assistance.
