Daniel Hasler is a corporate law specialist. He has wide experience in advising listed and non-listed companies in different industries in complex corporate law and securities regulation matters. Daniel Hasler focuses on M&A, private equity, capital markets and real estate transactions.

Daniel Hasler studied law at the University of Bern, from which he graduated in 2001, and received a doctorate (summa cum laude) in 2006. In 2003 he was admitted to the bar in Switzerland and in 2010 to the bar in New York. In 2009 he graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of California, Berkeley.

Daniel Hasler has published various articles on topics related to corporate law and M&A and is a regular speaker on topics in his areas of expertise.
