Marcel Dietrich is the head of Homburger’s Competition and Regulatory teams. His practice focuses on Swiss and European competition and antitrust law, as well as on commercial public and administrative law and regulated markets. He has extensive and long-standing experience in all areas of competition law ranging from merger control to administrative and civil antitrust litigation. He also advises on compliance matters and internal investigations. With regard to regulated markets, he specializes in energy, healthcare and pharma, media and telecommunication, infrastructure and transport as well as in public procurement.
