Claude Lambert’s practice focuses on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets. He is an Authorized Issuers’ Representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange.

He is experienced in a broad range of transactions, including trade sales, tender offers, IPOs, rights offerings and financings. In addition, he advises clients regarding corporate matters, including shareholders’ meetings, corporate governance and compliance matters, as well as share participation plans. Claude Lambert is a lecturer in commercial and corporate law at the University of Zurich. He is the hiring partner at Homburger.
