Richard Stäuber

Richard Stäuber studied law at the universities of St.Gallen and Geneva, graduated in 2005 and was admitted to the bar in 2006. He earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School in 2010, a doctorate from the University of St.Gallen in 2011 and a Master of Arts in Economics for Competition Law (M.A.) from King′s College London in 2017. Richard Stäuber joined Homburger as an associate in 2011. From 2012 to 2013 he worked as a foreign associate in a leading international law firm in Brussels.
Richard Stäuber regularly publishes and speaks on topics within his fields of expertise. Richard Stäuber is Non-Governmental Advisor to the Swiss Competition Commission for the International Competition Network (ICN) and co-editor of the Swiss Journal of Competition Law (Schweizerische Zeitschrift für Kartellrecht).
