Homburger advised Equinix, Inc. in connection with the issuance of CHF 100 m 1.5575% Green Bonds due in 2029

On September 4, 2024, Equinix, Inc., a globally leading digital infrastructure company, successfully completed its Swiss issuance of CHF 100 m 1.5575% Green Bonds due in 2029. The Bonds were issued by Equinix Europe 1 Financing Corporation LLC and are fully guaranteed by Equinix, Inc. The offering of the Bonds was done by reliance on Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act. The net proceeds from the sale of the Bonds will be used to finance or refinance, in whole or in part, one or more eligible green projects of Equinix.
Homburger advised Equinix on all Swiss law aspects of the transaction.
