Homburger advised Temenos on the completion of the sale of its fund administration software business to Montagu Private Equity

On June 2, 2025, Temenos announced that it has completed the sale of Multifonds, its fund administration software business, to Montagu Private Equity.
The Homburger team was led by Dieter Gericke and Daniel Häusermann (both Corporate / M&amp;A) and included Nicola Togni, Romain Hondius, Thomas Romelli, Luca Ellenberger, Miriam Oelgarth and Myriam Amman-Jerdak (all Corporate / M&amp;A), Gregor Bühler, Philippe Baumann and Kristina Martinovic (all IP / IT), Stefan Oesterhelt, Laetitia Fracheboud and Juliette Buob (all Tax) as well as Richard Stäuber and Christoph Grüninger (both Competition).

On February 6, 2025, Temenos announced that it has reached an agreement with Montagu Private Equity for the sale of Multifonds, its fund administration software business, for a total Enterprise Value of around USD 400 m including an earn-out. Multifonds is a leading global provider of fund administration software, serving all asset classes across multiple jurisdictions and helping fund administrators, asset managers, insurance companies and pension funds achieve increased operational efficiency, whilst reducing risk.

Nitto Switzerland AG and Nitto Denko Corporation sold its specialized adhesive films technology for side curtain airbags to ZF Friedrichshafen AG (ZF).
Nitto is the global market leader in specialized adhesive films for side curtain airbags. Its products outperform other technologies in terms of gas tightness, heat resistance and thickness, as well as adhesiveness to the airbag fabric.
Homburger acted as legal counsel to Nitto. The Homburger team included partner Andreas Müller, associates Anna Peter, Sarah Chevalley, Marc Hanslin and junior associate Luca Ellenberger (all Corporate / M&amp;A), as well as partner Richard Stäuber (Competition), counsel Peter Müller (Tax) and associate Jeremy Reichlin (Employment and Executive Compensation).
