Homburger advised entrepreneurial couple Dr. Sara and Christoph Hürlimann on the acquisition of SF-Filter Group

On September 22, 2026, the Swiss entrepreneurial couple Dr. Sara and Christoph Hürlimann acquired the SF-Filter Group, headquartered in Bachenbülach. The transaction was implemented by way of a multi-layered transaction involving the lenders under SF-Filter Group’s senior facilities agreement as well as funds advised by Equistone Partners Europe, SF-Filter Group’s former shareholders. Founded in 1968, the SF-Filter Group is a leading European distributor of filtration products for mobile equipment and industrial applications.
Homburger acted as legal advisor to Dr. Sara and Christoph Hürlimann in connection with this transaction.

Homburger advised Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft in connection with its issuance of EUR 500 m 4.255% 8NC7 Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Bonds due 2034

On September 14, 2026, Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft successfully issued EUR 500 m 4.255% 8NC7 Fixed-to-Fixed Rate Bonds due 2034. The Bonds qualify as additional loss-absorbing capital (bail-in bonds) for purposes of Swiss regulations for systemically relevant banks.
The Joint Lead Managers were Deutsche Bank, DZ BANK AG, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft (no books), and UBS Investment Bank.
Homburger acted as legal counsel to Raiffeisen Schweiz Genossenschaft.

Homburger advised SpaceX on the Swiss law and capital markets aspects of the global offering and the USD 75 bn IPO

On June 12, 2026, Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) successfully completed the largest initial public offering and listing ever. The SpaceX IPO not only included a public offering in the United States, but also a portion of the shares was offered to retail investors in Australia, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, certain EU countries, and Switzerland. In Switzerland, the offer to retail investors was done on the basis of a prospectus approved by the German Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) that was successfully deposited with the Prospectus Office of SIX Exchange Regulation AG pursuant to article 54(2) of the Swiss Financial Services Act. SpaceX shares are listed on Nasdaq and Nasdaq Texas under the ticker symbol «SPCX». The offering closed on June 15, 2026.
In addition to being the largest IPO to date, the SpaceX IPO is also the first U.S. IPO to include concurrent public offerings in multiple jurisdictions around the world, including Switzerland.
The underwriting syndicate was led by Goldman Sachs &amp; Co., Morgan Stanley, BofA Securities, Citigroup, and J.P. Morgan and included for the purpose of the Swiss offering UBS AG.
A team from Gibson, Dunn &amp; Crutcher LLP, led by Hillary Holmes, Harrison Tucker and Atma Kabad, served as lead counsel to SpaceX advising on its global offering.
