Benedikt Maurenbrecher also advises on domestic and cross-border aspects of banking, securities and investment fund regulation, and he regularly represents market participants in related regulatory proceedings and civil litigation. Benedikt Maurenbrecher is a lecturer in law at the University of Zurich. He is the Co-chair of the Banking Committee and a member of the Securities Committee of the International Bar Association.
