Homburger successfully represented a Swiss commodity company in long-lasting SCAI arbitration proceedings

Homburger successfully represented a Swiss commodity company against a major Swiss commodity trading and mining company in long-lasting SCAI arbitration proceedings, which had been initiated in 2011. In the recent setting-aside proceedings before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court, the latter dismissed the major commodity trading and mining company’s third appeal against the award.
