Homburger advised Wolseley plc in connection with the combination of Tobler Haustechnik AG and Walter Meier AG

On April 6, 2017, the two leading Swiss building technology companies, Tobler Haustechnik AG and Walter Meier AG, completed their combination to create a leading building technology company for Switzerland with a wide range for the wholesale of products, components and accessories and covering heating and cooling systems as well as the service business.

Homburger advised Wolseley plc, which held 100% of Tobler Haustechnik AG, in this transaction.
