Homburger advised Alpiq Holding AG in the sale of InTec and the Kraftanlagen Group to Bouygues Construction

On March 26, 2018, Alpiq Holding AG, Switzerland (SIX: ALPH) announced that it has agreed to sell its engineering services business (Alpiq InTec and Kraftanlagen Group) to Bouygues Construction, France, for CHF 850 m. The sale is subject to customary conditions including the approval by the relevant antitrust authorities in the EU and Switzerland. According to Alpiq, the transaction opens new prospects for 7,650 employees.
