Homburger advises the Underwriters on the Rights Offering of Leonteq AG

On July 19, 2018, Leonteq AG, a SIX Swiss Exchange listed independent expert for structured investment products and long-term savings and retirement solutions, announced a fully underwritten rights offering to further strengthen its capital base. The rights offering relates to 2,989,593 new registered shares with a nominal value of CHF 1.00 each to be issued from existing authorized capital. The expected net proceeds are approximately CHF 118.5 m. The first trading day is anticipated to be August 3, 2018.

Credit Suisse as global coordinator and bookrunner and Raiffeisen Switzerland as co-bookrunner form the banking syndicate involved in this rights offering.
