Homburger advised Roche Holding Ltd on the issuance of CHF 800 m Bonds

On September 23, 2022, Roche Kapitalmarkt AG issued CHF 800 m Bonds guaranteed by Roche Holding Ltd.

Credit Suisse AG and UBS AG acted as lead managers. The bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

The transaction consists of a CHF 425 m tranche due June 2026 and a CHF 375 m tranche due September 2032.
