Homburger advised Credit Suisse AG in connection with the issuance of CHF 700 m Bonds by Verizon

Verizon Communications Inc. issued CHF 700 m Bonds in a tranche of CHF 375 m with a maturity until 2028 and in tranche of CHF 325 m with a maturity until 2031. Credit Suisse AG acted as lead manager, together with BNP Paribas (Suisse) SA and Deutsche Bank AG London Branch, acting through Deutsche Bank AG Zurich Branch. The Bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange.
