Dieter Zobl’s practice focuses on banking, capital markets and secured transactions.

From 1988 to 2010, he was Professor for Private, Business and Banking Law at the University of Zurich. He published many articles and books in these areas and was a member of the Commercial Court and the Court of Cassation of the Canton of Zurich. Dieter Zobl is head of the board of editors of the Commentary to Swiss Banking Law, the Swiss Papers to Financial Markets Law, and co-editor of the Swiss Review of Business and Financial Markets Law. Dieter Zobl publishes extensively on issues related to civil, commercial and banking law.
