Stefan Oesterhelt new partner at Homburger

The partners of Homburger are pleased to announce that Stefan Oesterhelt became a partner of the firm on January 1, 2012.Stefan Oesterhelt studied law at the University of Basel and graduated in 1999. In 2001 he was admitted to the bar and qualified as a certified tax expert in 2004. The following year, he graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Cambridge.Stefan Oesterhelt works as a tax advisor with a focus on international tax law. His areas of specialization include tax planning and structuring of finance transactions, capital market transactions and acquisitions as well as tax litigation.Stefan Oesterhelt has published various articles on topics related to his practice areas and is a regular speaker on tax law at seminars. He is also a member of the board of examiners for certified tax experts and a lecturer in tax law at several universities.
