Homburger advised Silversmith Capital Partners and Appfire Technologies, LLC in connection with the acquisition of beecom Products AG

On July 9, 2020, Appfire Technologies, LLC, a leading provider of apps for software development teams, announced it has continued to expand its product portfolio with the strategic acquisition of Platinum Marketplace Partner beecom Products AG, the Swiss makers of the JSU Automation Suite for Jira Workflows, which is among the most widely used apps in the Atlassian ecosystem with over 18,000 active installations. This is Appfire’s second major acquisition following the recent private equity funding from Silversmith Capital Partners.
