Richard Stäuber appointed Non-Governmental Advisor for the Swiss Competition Commission within the International Competition Network

Richard Stäuber, partner in Homburger’s competition and regulatory practice group, has been appointed Non-Governmental Advisor to the Swiss Competition Commission for the International Competition Network (ICN) for the coming three years. The ICN is a network of competition agencies of more than 120 jurisdictions, which advocates the adoption of superior standards and procedures in competition policy around the world, formulates proposals for procedural and substantive convergence, and seeks to facilitate effective international cooperation for the benefit of member agencies, consumers and economies worldwide. Richard Stäuber’s practice focuses on Swiss and European competition law. He represents businesses in competition law investigations and merger control proceedings and advises clients on distribution arrangements, cooperation projects and license agreements.
