Homburger elects three new partners

The partners of Homburger are pleased to announce that Katrin Ivell, Benjamin Leisinger and Claudia Suter became partner of the firm on January 1, 2018.

Katrin Ivell studied law at the Universities of Oxford and Amsterdam (LL.M.). She qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and joined Homburger as an associate in 2007. She specializes in internal investigations and further advises in the areas of competition, anti-financial crime with a specific focus on white-collar crime, as well as Regulatory / Compliance.

Benjamin Leisinger studied law at the University of Basel, from which he also obtained his doctorate. He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland and joined Homburger as an associate in 2008. He graduated with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Chicago. His practice focuses on capital markets as well as financial market regulation.

Claudia Suter studied law at the University of St. Gallen, from which she graduated in 2006, and obtained a doctorate in 2010. In 2008 she was admitted to the bar in Switzerland and joined Homburger 2010 as an associate. Since 2012 she is a certified tax expert. Her practice focuses on advice in connection with tax, inheritance, and marital law issues, as well as immigration law.
