New Senior Partner and new Managing Partner at Homburger

Zurich, June 3, 2013. The Partners of Homburger elected Daniel Daeniker to succeed Heinz Schärer as Managing Partner of Homburger. Heinz Schärer, who had been Managing Partner since 2004, has been elected Senior Partner of the Firm. Daniel Daeniker has been a partner of Homburger since 2000. He currently heads the Corporate / M&A team, with a practice focusing on mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, corporate governance and financial services regulation. As Senior Partner and Chairman, Heinz Schärer will continue as co-head of our Corporate / M&A team, his practice focusing on mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and corporate finance.
