Homburger ranks first for Swiss M&A transactions in the year 2017 with a total deal value of over 44 bn. Mergermarket, an independent mergers and acquisitions intelligence and data service, elabo-rates the rankings with the firm’s deals database. The rankings are published once a year taking into account deals announced in this period.
