Kirstin Dodge appointed Co-Chair of ABA International Arbitration Committee

Homburger counsel Kirstin Dodge has been appointed Co-Chair of the International Arbitration Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law. Kirstin Dodge represents parties in international commercial and investment arbitrations, including with respect to disputes involving intellectual property and the energy, pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. Ms. Dodge is also an accredited mediator with the Swiss Chamber for Commercial Mediation. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a B.A. from Yale University, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Mediation from the University of St. Gallen Law School.
