Homburger receives award for M&A performance

Homburger has been awarded “M&A Legal Advisor of the Year Switzerland & Austria” for the second consecutive year. The third Financial Times/mergermarket European M&A Awards were held in London on December 9, 2009. The FT/mergermarket awards utilize both M&A transaction data from mergermarket.com and independent expert opinion from a panel of leading European M&A practitioners to identify the winners. Homburger has received the award in consideration of certain key criteria such as negotiation skills, complexity, structure as well as groundbreaking and strategic nature of the deals it worked on in 2009.
