Homburger named IFLR Swiss Law Firm of the Year 2013

The award reflects Homburger’s involvement in some of the most demanding international finance and M&A deals of 2012, e.g. as counsel to UBS in connection with its offerings of subordinated loss-absorbing notes, as counsel to the underwriters in the IPO of EFG Financial Products Holding or as counsel to Tyco International in the combination of its Flow Control business with Pentair. Homburger received the award for the seventh consecutive year and all in all for the ninth time. In addition to winning the national award, Homburger was also shortlisted in the category “Private Equity Deal of the Year”.International Financial Law Review (IFLR) recognizes annually the most innovative international legal deals of the past year and the firms that completed them.
