Homburger elects two new partners

The partners of Homburger are pleased to announce that Jürg Frick and Roman Richers became partners of the firm on January 1, 2014.Jürg Frick studied law at the University of Zurich, from which he graduated in 1997. In 2000, he was admitted to the bar and joined Homburger in 2002. In 2005, he received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School and from 2006 to 2008 he worked as an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London. In 2009, he obtained a doctorate from the University of Zurich.Jürg Frick is a banking and finance specialist whose main focus is on financial services and collective investment regulations, syndicated debt financing, international bond offerings, venture capital and buyout financing, restructurings and insolvency law.Jürg Frick has published various articles on topics related to private equity financings, syndicated lending and fund regulations.Roman Richers studied law at the University of Basel and graduated in 2000 (summa cum laude). In 2003, he was admitted to the bar and joined Homburger as an associate. In 2008, he received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Cambridge. He worked at SJ Berwin in London from 2008 to 2009.Roman Richers specializes in complex international and domestic dispute resolution, focusing on advising and representing businesses and managers in white collar crime matters and on commercial arbitration and litigation.Roman Richers has published numerous articles, in particular on white collar crime and civil procedure.
