Homburger elects two new partners

Homburger is pleased to announce that Frank Gerhard and Dieter Grünblatt became partners of the firm as of January 1, 2005.Frank Gerhard studied law at the Universities of Neuchâtel and Zurich as well as at the Columbia Law School in New York. He joined Homburger in 1998. He is active in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, in particular cross-border transactions, as well as corporate law and finance, capital markets and private equity.Dieter Grünblatt studied law at the University of Basel and at the New York University School of Law and joined Homburger in 1997. His practice focuses on domestic and international tax law with special emphasis on capital market transactions, financial instruments, corporate tax and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on employee participation plans and value-added tax.
