Homburger elects Stefan Kramer as new partner

The partners of Homburger are pleased to announce that Stefan Kramer became partner of the firm on January 1, 2016.Stefan Kramer studied law at the University of Zurich, from which he graduated in 2000 and received a doctorate in 2005. He graduated from Harvard Law School with a Master of Laws (LL.M., International Finance Concentration). He joined Homburger in 2007 as an associate. Stefan Kramer’s practice focuses on capital markets and banking law. He regularly advises on bank regulatory matters (including regulatory capital transactions), structured finance transactions (covered bonds and securitizations), and derivatives markets regulations. Other areas of work include insolvency law and matters relating to financial markets infrastructures.
