Homburger associate Dr. iur. Patric Brand awarded with Professor Walther Hug Prize

On December 21, 2016 Homburger associate Dr. iur. Patric Brand has been awarded with the Professor Walther Hug Prize for his doctoral thesis on “Group Organizational Law Barriers of Upstream Loans”.

Only doctoral theses which are awarded with the highest rating in legal sciences by the universities are shortlisted for this prize. The Professor Walther Hug Prize is granted annually by the Professor Walther Hug Foundation for the promotion of legal research.
