Homburger advised Nets A/S on the merger of its Swiss subsidiaries

On June 30, 2021, Nets A/S announced the merger of its two Swiss subsidiaries Concardis Schweiz AG and CCV (Suisse, Schweiz, Svizzera, Switzerland) SA. The two companies will continue to operate under the Nets brand as Nets Schweiz AG. The merger expands Nets‘ service portfolio in Switzerland, with Nets Schweiz AG becoming a one-stop-shop for merchants and service providers in Switzerland in demand for payment solutions.
