Homburger advised Finatem in its acquisition of a majority stake in Mungo Befestigungstechnik AG

On April 26, 2018, Finatem IV GmbH & Co. KG, a leading independent Frankfurt-based investment company focusing on German-speaking SMEs, announced that it acquired a majority stake in Mungo Befestigungstechnik AG, Olten, Switzerland, a leader in the development, production and sale of high-quality fastening technology products around the world, with the core market being in the German-speaking DACH region.
