New head of Litigation / Arbitration practice team

Felix Dasser has been appointed new head of Homburger’s Litigation / Arbitration practice team as from June 1, 2010.In this function, he replaces partner Thomas Müller who had been chairing the team since 2003.The Litigation / Arbitration practice team continues to grow. It currently comprises seven partners, two counsel, 12 associates and 3 junior associates. We attach great importance to legal diversity: the team includes several attorneys with US, UK, Australian, and French backgrounds.
