Homburger awarded with "Deal of the Year Award" for Sompo - Endurance by Asia Business Law Journal

On February 19, 2018, Asia Business Law Journal’s 2017 “Deal of the Year Award” was awarded to Homburger for the takeover of Endurance by Sompo. The winning deals have been chosen based on a number of factors, not just large monetary values. The overall significance, complexity and innovative nature of the deals were also considered, as well as the deal size and broader interests.
