Gregor Bühler has been elected to serve as the next Co-Chair of the Intellectual and Entertainment Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA). He will lead the committee as its Co-Chair for a two-year term commencing in January 2020. The scope of the committee's work extends to all areas of IP law, including related areas such as privacy, media and sports law. More than 1,000 lawyers from a broad range of countries are members of this committee.
Gregor Bühler has been a partner at Homburger since 2003 and is Deputy Head of the IP | IT and Litigation practice teams. He has extensive experience in IP law, including both transactional matters and disputes.
