In-depth insights
At Homburger, you’ll work in practice teams together with experienced and more junior colleagues. Each team – comprising several partners, associates, junior associates and paralegals – works in defined areas of expertise. Over the course of their traineeship, our trainees are given the opportunity to work in two out of a total of four practice teams, during six months each.
Mentoring
Looking after our trainees is important to us. During your traineeship, you’ll be mentored by one of the partners from your team. In addition, more junior colleagues are available to answer your questions and address your concerns. With this approach, we will provide you with ideal preparation for your bar exam as part of a program specially designed for this purpose.

Out-of-office
Two intern seminars lasting two days each and an intern trip over several days provide additional opportunities and experiences.
