Have you completed your studies and are now ready to kick-start your career? At Homburger, you’ll find a wide range of challenges and attractive opportunities

The traineeship is a significant step on your personal career path. At Homburger, ambitious university graduates will find a wide range of challenges in an international work environment as well as attractive opportunities for professional development.

In-depth insights

At Homburger, you’ll work in practice teams. Each team – comprised of several partners and associates – works in defined areas of expertise. Our trainees are given the opportunity to work in two out of a total of four practice teams, each over the course of six months.

Looking after our trainees is important to us. During your traineeship, you’ll be mentored by one of the partners from your team, both professionally and personally. Trainees can also seek advice from interns if necessary. Of course, we’ll provide you with optimal preparation for your bar exam as part of a program specially designed for this purpose.

Your profile

Challenging mandates require excellent lawyers. We therefore only offer our limited traineeships to university graduates who were awarded above-average grades for their degrees. We are looking for candidates who enjoy working as part of a team, who are hungry for knowledge and who have a passion for jurisprudence.

Open-door policy

We maintain an open dialogue – across all seniority levels and between all teams.

Two intern seminars lasting two days each and an intern trip over several days provide additional opportunities and experiences.

We offer an attractive work environment. This starts with excellent infrastructure and is evident from our office’s location: Welcome to Prime Tower.

Sport & events

We maintain close ties even when we’re not in the office. For example, at numerous events and celebrations as well as sporting activities, such as soccer, skiing and biking.

Have we piqued your interest? We would be pleased to receive your application, including cover letter, CV, university degrees, transcripts and employment references.
