Team Assistant
You will work in a team for several attorneys who count on your diligent and reliable handling of tasks. With your proactive and courteous personality, you will become a valued contact person for your lawyers and team members.
Partner Assistant
With your organizational talent, high degree of independence and coordination skills, you will support your partner. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are important prerequisites for this position.
Deputy Assistant
High adaptability, high independence as well as empathy are very important for this position. You will function as an interim partner assistant and team assistant. During their absences (vacations, sick leave, parenthood, etc.) you will take over the tasks of the regular partner and team assistants.
Tasks
Depending on the area of expertise of the partner or the team of attorneys, you will perform various tasks such as drafting and designing documents and presentations, calculating deadlines, client administration, invoicing, organizing and supervising meetings, etc.
