Homburger advised Summit Partners in its investment in Appway AG

June 2020. Appway, a leading global provider of business process automation software focused on customer onboarding and customer lifecycle management for financial institutions, announced a USD 37 m minority investment from global growth equity firm Summit Partners.

Homburger AG acted as Swiss counsel to Summit Partners LP in this transaction. The Homburger team was led by partner Dieter Gericke (Corporate / M&A) and included associate Mario Wälti, associate Stefan Luginbühl and junior associate Therry Lehmann (all Corporate / M&A) as well as associate Valentin Fluor (IP / IT) and counsel Peter Müller (Tax).
