Homburger advises Santhera on its up to CHF 24 m equity-linked financing with IRIS

On April 8, 2020, Santhera Pharmaceuticals Holding AG (SIX: SANN) announced that it had entered into an equity-linked financing arrangement with IRIS (France) in the initial gross amount of up to CHF 12 m over 12 months (subject to certain conditions), with the option to extend by another CHF 12 m over another 12 months.

Homburger acts as legal and tax counsel to Santhera. The team is led by partner Dieter Gericke (Corporate / M&A) and comprises partner Stefan Oesterhelt (Tax), counsel Eduard de Zordi (Finance), associate Daniel Häusermann and junior associate Oliver Kneubühl (both Corporate / M&A).
