Homburger advises Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. on a CHF 57 m credit facilities financing for Helvetia Environnement

On June 17, 2022, Helvetia Environnement Group SA as borrower and guarantor and Helvetia Environnement SA as borrower entered into a CHF 57 m Swiss law-governed credit facilities agreement with Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. as arranger, agent, security agent and original lender, and further Swiss banks as original lenders. The pricing of the financing is linked to certain sustainability performance targets.
