Homburger advises Constantin Medien AG in relation to the public takeover bid by Highlight Communications AG

On December 22, 2017, the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Constantin Medien AG, Germany (Constantin), announced in a joint statement that they recommend to the shareholders of Constantin the acceptance of the offer by Highlight Communications AG, Switzerland, and Studhalter Investment AG, Switzerland.

Homburger advises Constantin with respect to Swiss law. The Homburger team is led by partner Dieter Gericke (Corporate / M&A) and includes associate Nina Hagmann (Corporate / M&A).
