Homburger advised Kering on the sale of the Swiss watch manufacturers Girard-Perregaux and Ulysse Nardin

On May 31, 2022, Kering completed the sale of Sowind Group SA, which owns the Swiss watch manufacturers Girard-Perregaux and Ulysse Nardin, to Sowind’s management.

Homburger advised Kering on the transaction.
