Homburger advised Generali in Bcomp's series B financing round

On April 5, 2022, Bcomp announced that it closed its oversubscribed Series B financing round of USD 35 m. The investors included Generali, investing through a fund managed by Ocorian Fund Management with the advisory of Generali Insurance Asset Management, and other mobility, financial, and impact investment companies.

Bcomp is a Fribourg based company offering solutions for a cleaner future by applying the latest composites knowledge to natural fibres in the automotive, mobility, motorsports, marine, sports and lifestyle sectors. The new funding should help scale the business to a global commercial and production footprint, maximizing its sustainability impact.
